My journey in pastry began more than 10 years ago. I graduated from a professional culinary and pastry school and trained with French chefs, where I learned the foundations of classic techniques, balance and attention to detail. Later, I opened my own chocolate studio in Ukraine — a small artisanal production that quickly became successful and loved by many clients.

After moving to England, I continued to grow professionally and gained experience working in a Michelin-star restaurant, which strengthened my discipline, precision and love for clean, balanced flavours. Over time, I felt the desire to create something of my own — something small, sincere and personal. Something that truly feels like my craft.

This is how Maison CHOUX was born — my patisserie and chocolate studio where every dessert is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients and high-quality chocolate.

I specialise in artisan chocolates, choux pastries and mousse cakes, made with natural fruit purées, nuts, spices and premium chocolate. Each product has its own character: refined flavour, clean design and a modern, elegant feel.

I create desserts for private orders, corporate events, celebrations and special occasions, always keeping the style minimal, clean and harmonious.
